Darby Hanson will share a simple, embodied overview of how the nervous system responds to overwhelm, why regulation is the foundation for healing and clarity, and a few practical ways hands-on care, conscious touch, and slow, intentional movement can help the body shift out of survival and back into balance.

Darby is a holistic bodyworker with over a decade of experience supporting the nervous system through CranioSacral Therapy, therapeutic massage, energy healing and gentle movement practices like yoga. Her work is rooted in the understanding that many of the things we label as stress, burnout, anxiety, or feeling “stuck” are actually signs of a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe.
